   I moved my wp from a folder on the root to the root directory.

   The site is working fine, but in the administration panel I cannot edit posts or pages.

   I followed the directions at: http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress#Moving_WordPress_Within_Your_Site

   Apparently the data base is not communicating with the admin panel.

   Can someone help?

   Can't help you with that one, sorry. But why are you posting your own question again? You allready asked at http://wordpress.org/support/topic/362610 (See, less noise gives people the chance to discover problems they can actually solve, instead of finding themselves stumbling over the same question again and again... like I just did.)
