   I realize how minor this might seem but a client would like me to add a hyphen to the word "followup" in the phrase "notify me of followup comments via email" that shows up under comment forms. But I could not find it!!!!

   I looked all over my template as well as:
   /comments.php
   wp-includes/comment.php
   wp-includes/comment-template.php

   to no avail. Can anyone help?
   (BTW...it's killing me that the phrase has the hyphen in the "notify" line on this very forum)

   Try the single.php file in your template files. Or the comments.php. Is there a comments.php? Might also be defined in the functions.php.

   It just depends how you added the option. Perhaps plugin?
