   How do I turn on the edit page link that used to show up in 3.4.2?

   Users -> Your Profile - Then check Show Toolbar when viewing site.

   I don't get a standard settings page. Something is wrong. The check box isn't there.

   The Front-End Users plugin was killing my site. I disabled it and now I can see the check box. It is checked but the edit link that was there in 3.4.2 is still missing.
