   I had a testing version of my blog that I was working on so I never changed the Blog URL setting in the beginning. Now that I want the site to go live, I don't want the /wordpress/ directory to show in the address. I changed the Blog URL setting and everything works fine, except when I'm logged in as admin, my edit links do not show up and the Site Admin link isn't there.

   Any ideas as to why this may be happening?

   If I go to my site under the /wordpress/ directory they work!

   Also, private posts do not show when in the main site - there is no error, but the page is blank. If I go to /wordpress/pageid, it works!

   I had the same problem. Log out, then log back in. Should work ....
