You are better off including the CSS modifications in your own theme files or in a separate file which you reference from your theme. If you modify the Jetpack files, then the next time you update the plugin your changes will be lost.

That being said, the Subscriptions module is powered by the jetpack/modules/subscriptions.php file, and there is some inline CSS in there. We will be removing that in the future and moving it into an external file.

I posted this question to the jestpack.me subscription topic comments, but perhaps this is a better location to ask.

Can I custom edit the subscriptions.php to hard code my website URL that is sent out in the subscription confirmation email?

I changed my websites URL and now the subscription widget or function is stuck using my old domain.

    ---------UPDATE--------
