segWhen using the Subscribe2 plugin, is there a way to change an individual registered user's subscription preferences?
For example, there are certain users who have registered as a subscriber, but didn't visit the Subscriptions area to pick which categories to subscribe to and by default they are not subscribed to any category. When such users email me, how can I manage subscriptions for their specific account.
When I visit Manage > Subscribers, I see the "Subscribe Addresses" option and I am assuming this will subscribe the email addresses to every category. I also see the Categories option at the bottom of the page, but I am assuming this affects all Registered Users. I don't see any subscription options when I visit Users > Author & Users and choose to edit a user's account.
Sorry for the simple (dumb) question, but I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!
