• I am having issues with the edit image window.

It happens when I am in a post, I am able to insert the image, but then when I want to edit the image, the edit window is blank.

I have deleted all new plugins that I used. And this is a problem I started having about 2 days ago.

Before that, everything was working fine with the editor. I was able to insert the images, and then edit them if I wanted to. Now I can’t. And the funny thing is that when I want to add a picture the window is working fine, but after the picture is inserted in the post and I click the edit button, the window is blank. Nothing there. No options.

The only plugin that I noticed created some issues in my blog was w3 total cache. I installed it 2 days ago, and then noticed a bunch of things not working, so I deleted it.

I have no idea if this has to do something with it, but that’s the only thing I remember I did.

Please help me out. I need to insert images to my posts. They are important and I really refuse to have posts without images.

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    P.S. I’m running Thesis theme.

Don’t post a new topic, I’ve moved this one to the How-To and Troubleshooting forum.

    Try the usual troubleshooting methods.

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

I’d start with switching to Twenty Eleven and then try to insert an image into a new post and then try to edit it.
