How about Presentation / Edit theme?
I have Presentation, but not Presentation/Edit Themes.
My Edit Files appears under Manage: Files

ok I used the wrong term actually…
it should be Presentation / Theme / Theme editor

Are you using wordpress on your own hosted site or one hosted somewhere such as wordpress.com ?

I’m dumb. I did not notice the Theme editor. I have an excuse though: I only got the file fixed, and got to that page for the first time shortly before asking this (dumb) question.
I had been try to use Manage: Files: Edit Files to edit Theme files, and that functionality was not finding them.
I’m using Yahoo as a host, btw.
