   I have hundreds of comments on my blog which I can see just fine when browsing each post. And on the Dashboard, I can see the recent comments. But when I go to Comments, I don't see anything. Not under Show All Comments, and not under Approved.

   Try disabling all plugins and switching back to the default theme. If it works, find out which one is the culprit. (:

   Tried disabling all plugins and going with default theme but the problem persists. Any other ideas are much appreciated.

   Solved it. There was an index missing from my wp_comments table:

   comment_date_gmt

   So what, you manually added the index? I have the same problem here... and I was wondering who is to blame for this. And why this problem seems to be so rare...
