Echo the Category Title Outside The Loop / Not For a Post

    Hello, thank you for reading this.

    Does anyone know how to echo the title of a category in a regular page? It’s not for a blog post so it’s not inside the loop. I can echo the description (echo category_description(**categoryid**);) but not the title.
