Easy Sign Up not showing on dashboard menu

I am working on my employers website – JMIL.co – and he says he has granted me access to everything but financials (don’t want or need to be in there). Had him download Easy Sign Up and need to configure it but it doesn’t show up anywhere on the dashboard sidebar. It is listed as an available widget, but nowhere is there an option for me to edit its particulars. Please help!
