It does appear that the original poster’s issue was resolved, as the EGS is up and running on the link provided.
Can the recent posters provide example links?

Chitarristi.org I followed the link and the EGS loads correctly. I tried it in Chrome, Firefox, Safari. Are you not seeing the slideshow at the bottom of the post?
I think what they are referring to is the compatability view mode in IE. The EGS does not display on my posts nor my pages in this mode.

Edit “easy-gallery-slider.php” (the plugin’s main file)
On line 31 change:
add_filter('the_content','easygalleryslider_insert_hook');
TO:
add_filter('the_content','easygalleryslider_insert_hook',9999);

I’m having the same problem but I cannot locate the plugin’s main file. I can find the “index.php” but not “easy-gallery-slider.php.” Please advise as to what directory and folder it is located in.

Actually found it, changed it and it did no good.
Again, the slider does not work in compatability mode in IE 7. Please advise if there is a fix for this. Thank you!
