   I'm in desperat search of an easy way to let visitors publish text and images right from the first page of our site.

   Anyone familiar with a plugin that can achieve this? Or a really good theme that has that functionally built in.

   I was sursprised to find som of this funcionality built into a theme at Themeforest (Our Magazine) (It has a User Link Feed – Readers can submit links and a text) Unfortunately that theme doesn't fit our needs.

   Is this possible to do without a plugin via 3.0? From how long wordpress has been out, I figured there was a way to allow users to sign up to the website and post blogs into specific categories on the frontend without needing to go into Admin.

   Am I overlooking something or is this a feature will always require a 3rd party plugin?
