    Hi

    I’ve just activated the Easy CSV Importer plugin. I get “ECI Content” and ECI Flags” tabs in the left hand column of the admin, both of which seem to be functioning. However the other tab, “Easy CSV Importer Install” is just linking to a blank screen.

    I think I have up to date wordpress and php, so not sure what to try next…

    We’ve not seen this happening before. We have a complex installation and upgrade system though so could be something failing.

    Have you ever installed ECI before? Wondering if an old install is being picked up and causing an issue.

    Just last night I was re-installing the plugin without issues but I’ll give it a try on a fresh blog.

    What PHP version are you using? 5.3 is recommended and many are using 5.2.

    Thanks for trying the plugin.

    I’m the main developer and I would really like to investigate this issue further. Access to your blog would be great, especially FTP. You may be rewarded with the premium edition if the problem still exists and I can run some tests by editing the plugins files on your server.

    I’ll output a lot of random values to establish where the failure happens and it could be valuable information which is worth rewarding you for.

    I’ve just uploaded a screenshot to confirm what you should see on installation. I’ve tested the plugin and no issues.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I’ve checked the php version, its Current PHP version: 5.4.17.

    I’ve also turned of all other plugins and I still get the blank screen.

    I’ll mail separately about ftp access etc.
