‘Easy Contact’ Plugin tells me everything but the submitters email address?

Hi

I have installed Easy Contact, as I have on other websites however when I’ve tested it (and complete all fields) it doesn’t tell me the email address of the sender. Well more to the point it doesn’t tell me the email address that I’ve put in the email* field of the form, it says the sender is the default address from my website, webmaster@

I haven’t changed anything and I’m using what I believe to be the most recent versions of the plugin, has anyone had the same problem, or know what the problem is?

I could change to contact form 7, but I prefer the look of the Easy contact.

Please help if you can, I’ve asked questions before and had many view but no answers.
