Easy Contact Forms Breaks Image Horizontal Reel Slideshow

I have the plugin Image Horizontal Reel Slideshow running as a footer of my web site. This plugin displays photos from my image gallery. When I add an Easy Contact Forms form to any page, the slideshow no longer displays any images on that page.
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
