   If you are referring to people who earn revenue from their self-hosted WordPress sites, this really isn't the place to collect blog addresses. As for wordpress.org itself, no one "earns" anything directly. It's all run by volunteers.

   If the question is how bloggers/webmasters are making money using WP, it's really no different from using any other tool to run a website.

   Building strategies and tactics to monetize a site varies greatly from person to person. Some factors include industry/niche, site-specific goals and objectives, marketing, usability, audience fit, and monetization mix.

   Obviously, the ability to execute is also a big factor as to the success.
