i'm new in this and i've done the 5 minutes set up. but when there is a new user, they never receive the e-mail; so i think there is something else i need to configure/set up.

Posted 3 years ago #Ask your webhost if the email in your box is set up for DNS reverse look up. Many ISP including AOL and MSN, if your mail server is not set up for DNS reverse look up will not even accept your email.
Another reason, the box you are in, if it is using MailEnable the Mail transfer agent might be stopped.
Solution - ask your web host. :-) hope this helps
