I recently installed your contact form plug in. Everything appears to work fine, I even get a confirmation message after submitting the form. Only problem is I never get the e-mail! Do you have any idea why this is happening?

The form is located here: http://neilsweb.com/?page_id=9

The contact form plugin isn't ours. In fact there's a number of them that will work with wordpress and without knowing which one you're using, there;'s little we can help with.

Best bet would be to check your mail server's logs to see where the email is going. You may want to contact the plugin's author as well to see if they have any ideas. Be sure to include as much detail as possible so that they can assist you.

Hi, I'm the author of Contact Form 7. NeilT, you should check the mail log on your server as theapparatus wrote. And also spam filters both on client side and on server side.

I had a similar problem that ended up being restrictions of my host. Try entering one of your site's email addresses in the from field when you set up your form instead of the [your-email] variable used in the example form.

Due to exploits of php form email scripts some servers may not allow you to have the from header be an email other than one from your domain name. Hope that helps.
