e-mail counter not working

It might just be me, but there doesn’t seem to be a count from e-mails.
I’ve send multiple e-mails and asked friends to do the same (to avoid IP problems, if that’s even possible… haha)

But they don’t add to the counter. This white screen just keeps displaying when clicking on the icon. Then you are directed to your e-mail program, send the e-mail.. and nothing happens.

What should I do?
