   I have the latest version of WP (3.5) and your widget (1.2.5.2).

   In the email part I can not change the text from mail@mail.com to anything else, it keeps defaulting to mail@mail.com. I would like to write here something like - your email. How to do this?

   Secondly, how do I activate it so it sends mails to me? I must somewhere enter ISP details to have it work? Or?

   You can edit the html directly if you want, go to the plugin folder and find templates/[name of the theme that you are using]/index.php

   I will consider to add the posibility to change it from the admin panel.

   You have to enter your email in the admin panel and you will receive the form data.

   Do you mean in Settings > General > E-mail Address?

   Because I did that and it still does not work.
