   I really need a scheduled billing system that lets me bill my (B2B) customers in arrears.

   Example:
   I ship product.
   Customer recieves's and sells product.
   Customer wants more.
   I bill them for the first order, before they can order more.

   Basically I only want to charge my customer's if they want more of the product.

   Is there a way to set this up in a WordPress environment?

   WP-Invoice isn't "automated", but it lets you send bills/invoices to your clients: http://twincitiestech.com/services/wp-invoice/
