dysfunction with "WP-Filebase Download Manager"

    Hello,
    I have something wrong with plugin “WP-Filebase Download Manager V 0.3.0.02” when I activate your plugin.
    This problem occurs when inserting new files in the administration WP-Filebase.
    Description:
    I place myself in the “Add File” menu,
    then I select a new file.
    After downloading the file, the submit button at the bottom “Add File” becomes inactive!
    If I freshen the “Files” menu, the file is present in the list without any parameter.
    When I disable your plugin, everything works fine.
    How to fix this dysfunction, please?
