dynamic keyword insertion

Not sure if this is a question I should be asking here, so apologies if I am not following proper etiquette.

I am wondering if it is possible to have dynamically insert keywords into my articles.

I will explain. For example, here is my regular posted article. http://www.mrbigreviews.com/kitchener-restaurants/verses-restaurant/

But say I want to put keywords in the page, in certain spots. I would want to use a url like http://www.mrbigreviews.com/kitchener-restaurants/verses-restaurant/keyword-sample/

And where ever I had a tag for it in the article, it would substitute in “keyword sample.”

Is that possible? Would it also be possible to change the output title of the article in this way?
