[resolved] Dynamic expand not working in Safari (4 posts)

    Question about this wonderful plugin:

    I have a page (http://www.bcstar.nl/0/?page_id=4207) that contains 9 collapsed areas, linked with a highlander. I want to be able to automatically expand one of the collapsed areas on page load with a url parameter, like in: http://www.bcstar.nl/0/?page_id=4207&panel=6

    I do this with some Javascript that reads the url parameter and then simulates a mouse click on the class collapseomatic element with the right id, using element.click().

    This works fine -- except that it does not work in Safari!

    Is there an alternative method I can use and that works with Safari as well?

    yes. Since each of your elements has a unique ID, all you need to do is the following to open panel 6:
    http://www.bcstar.nl/0/?page_id=4207/#6
    this is a basic function of the id attribute as described in the documentation:
