  • Hey mvenkat,

    Here is a helpful section on the FAQs page:
    -> Browse To: http://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-faq/
    -> Find Section: “2. Installer”
    -> See Area/Question: “Everything installed but I keep getting redirected to another URL or 404 errors.”

    Hope that helps!

    Ok, so I found 1 problem. My permissions weren’t right across the entire directory so I was missing some sets of data. Once I fixed those I have another problem. It tries to make a 12 gb zipfile and it keeps coming up corrupted -> any ideas?

    Hey mvenkat,

    How big is your pre-scan size (see the link right before you create a package)? The limit for zip on many operating systems is 4GB so you wouldn’t be able to go past that much data as far as your data is concerned…

    Ahh, that is probably the problem. It says 12 Gb. Any chance I can tell it to use a tarball or a rar or something?

    Also I managed to get it down to a gb for a quick test and am now running into the 404 error everywhere except the home page issue, but the solutions other folks have used don’t seem to work for me.

    Ok fixed the 404 by setting allowoverride all in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf (i’m running centos 6.3). However I would still like to know if I can use something other than a zip file for the package file.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH
    your plugin works wonders for my test cycle process.

    No Problrem Mvenkat!

    Other compression items are on the todo list, however this is a side project so it may take some time before we can get that in…

    Cheers~
