   Hi there

   I receive the following errors when trying to backup files, think it's got something to do with the number of files open...(I've removed the majority of the lines as it's too big to post and also changed the URL

   Hi lhw455,

   You might try upping the memory usage in the options dialog and see if that helps. Also be cautions of what log information you post online so that you don't expose information about your server. We do have a help ticket system that you can submit tickets to if you plan to include your log files...
