Duplicating my WP site for another location

    I need to exactly duplicate my Parry’s Pizza WordPress site for the another location. Once the site is copied, some minor changes will be made to it such the location. I have a landing page for parryspizza.com that links to 2 different WordPress sites that are in sub folders under the domain name. I will create another sub folder for the new location and install WP into this. Should I just copy all of my theme folder for the one that I am duplicating and place it in this new sub folder. What is the best way to go about this?

    Yes, I do need to upgrade my existing sites. Just worried about things breaking specifically the option tree plugin that goes with the theme.
