Duplicate title name when adding site to favorites

    WordPress version: 3.5.1
    WordPress SEO version: 1.4.7

    Since I use Yoast SEO Plugin I noticed there is an issue with duplicate entry, When I add the site to the favorites (IE) it adds the following:

    %Blog Description% %Blog Name%
    %Blog Description% | %Blog Name%

    There should only be one entry, actually the one with |. How can this get changed?
