   Hi,

   Since upgrading to 3.9, I am having some duplicate issues.

   Before update
   Home > Destination > France

   After Update
   Home > Destination > Destination > France

   Destination being a Custom Post Type.

   It seems that the second destination in my example above, ie
   Home > Destination > Destination > France

   is displaying the name of the custom post type instead of its title.

   any help on this?
