Are all your videos being created by Automatic Youtube Video Posts?
I think I have figured out what might be causing this with Automatic Youtube Video Posts, but it might take a little time to sort out. I’ll keep you posted as I make any progress.

The Video Thumbnails is made by you right? Automatic Youtube Video Posts by somebody else.
I think it’s better you stop recommending “Automatic Youtube Video Posts” in your plugin. They don’t provide any service what so ever.
I actually have a fix coming today for one bug when using AYVP. There’s a chance it could also be the cause of the duplicates.
I definitely don’t recommend AYVP, but I do my best to support it (which can be difficult because it’s not the best coded) since there are so many users. It does seem like the plugin has been abandoned , which is one of the reasons why I made my own Video Importer.

Your last comment is very interesting. Can you add channels or lists? Because i am running a tv broadcasting network, the previous plugin made me a black sheep to an audience of 10mil. people.
