   Hi there

   I'm having a big problem about duplicate content and it is driving me insane!
   First of all - is there any way to write a simple text in the front page without having to make a post - it is not good that you can see which date, category etc. the text is written...

   Second of all - if you MUST write your front page text as a post is there any way that you can avoid putting it in a category? Because if you can't you will get duplicate content as the same text appears in the front page and also under the category. I have an example in the links below

   http://medicinvurdering.dk/
   http://medicinvurdering.dk/category/medicin-bivirkninger/

   The exact same text appears and google reads it as duplicate content.
   How can you avoid that? Please help...
