Under Blogroll -> Categories
it shows the categories # 14, 13, 12, 20, 11, and 2
Under Manage -> Categories it show the categories
# 1, 21, 19, 20, 24, 7, 15, 23, 3 and 22
Why is 20 duplicated but no others?
Apparently when I don't make a unique name for a category between categories it assumes the ID of the one that already exists. Is this what's really happenning?

Blogroll categories and post categories are in the same list on your posts, but not on your blogroll. On your posts, all the categories are showing, which means you have to keep them straight by some means. I make one LINKS category, then put all my other link categories as children of LINKS. That way I can tell which are the post categories, especially if I have some named the same.

Okay, nix the above. This just changed I find in 2.3. Now blogroll cats and post cats are different...like it used to be. So...now you need the WP gurus to help you. :D
