[resolved] duplicate an existing custom menu (WP3) (6 posts)

I have a huge custom menu, and I need to split it. I am going to modify my child theme so it has two custom menus instead of one. The easiest way would be to duplicate my existing custom menu, and then edit the two so they are different. I cannot see anyway to duplicate an existing custom menu. Anyone have any tips?

    hello,

yes, same here. need to duplicate menu, then do slight editing.

    can anyone help please.
does WP listen to its customers?
this seems such a basic request or omission in functionality.
when can WP incorporate this feature please?!

    thanks

I ran into this problem yesterday, and I created a custom plugin for it. I haven't put it up anywhere, but I can get it to you if you still need it.
