    Hello Tobias,

I really appreciate the plugin wp_table_reloladed.

I have two problems with the plugin:
1 total dump does not work on my site so it works on my test database locally. We do not see the button to click!

2 I changed the file names of my database, I wp_ replaced by something else and all my tables have become untraceable. I had to go back and restore my database.

    Can you help me? Regards

PS: I translated my message with Google, my English and my German is regrettable void.

    Hi,

    thanks for your questions.

Can you maybe explain your steps a little more precisely?

    1. Which button do you not see? (Maybe you can make a screenshot?)

    2. What exactly did you replace here? The name of the database table, or something in the database table?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hello,

In case 1, there is a button to run the dump

In case 2, I wanted to change the prefix of tables in the database (wp_) data; I read that it was preferable for safety. I must inform you that on my site the application is in a subdirectory of wordpress.

    Regards
    Gerard

    PS;
I do not know how to attach a picture to post in this forum for the screenshot

    Hi,

for the screenshot, just upload it (for example) to http://imageshack.us/.
(That should clarify what button you mean, as I still don’t really know what you mean.)

Changing the tables prefix of your database tables is indeed a good idea, and it should not lead to problems with WP-Table Reloaded.
Can you describe what exact steps you followed to do this? What source/tutorial did you use?

    Regards,
    Tobias

To change the prefix, I saved the base, renamed the files in a copy of the backup and restore the new files. Then, delete old files and editing the configuration file.

    Hi,

    Note:
The dump was inactive before the change of prefix

    Hi,

thanks for the screenshots and the description.

First the screenshots: What happens if you click “Agrandir” at the right side of the gray box? You should then see the button.

For changing of the prefix: I don’t really understand why you edited files here, as changing the prefix only involves some minor changes using a database tool like PHPMyAdmin…

    Hi,

It nothing happens when I click "larger"

Would you administrator access to my site?

    Hi,

that likely means that another plugin is interfering with the JavaScript code, when it shouldn’t…
Can you try deactivating plugins that have their own admin screens in the Dashboard temporarily (as those plugins are the “likelyiest” to be causing the conflict).

If that does not work, please send me an email (the address is in the main plugin file of WP-Table Relaoded), and I will take a look at your admin area.

    Tobias

    Hi,

Hello, there is a conflict with 2 plugins :

    WP External Links

    Broken Link Checker

    Hi,

does that mean, if you deactivate those plugins, then the “Agrandir” works again and you can then see the button for the Dump?

If that is the case, I suggest that you simply deactivate those plugins while working with Dump files.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
