Fool proof? Probably.
I have a lot of mapped domains, and because I use a domain mapping plugin that hides the man install, even experts have to work hard to figure it out.

Thank you Andrea. Your answer is appreciated.
The method you use, how does the plugin hide it? can’t someone simply open the page source and find the primary domain?
Not via view source, no. (I went to her pages to check for fun.)
You COULD do some network sniffing and packet tracing to figure it out but why? You’d also find out they’re all on the same server and hosted by the same ISP. 🙂 Nothing new there.

Thank you Ipstenu.
I’m not worried that someone could find out that they’re all on the same server and hosted by the same ISP. That offers plausible deniablity. What other information could be discovered that could trace the subdomains back to a dummy primary domain? I want to cover my tracks. Thanks!

well if you leave mention of the SUB domain.. .then yeah, t;s easy to find out what domain was there.
If not, no way.
Here, tell me what original domain this mapped domain is on:

Andrea-
You have covered your tracks well, I don’t see any other traces of other domains!
What do you mean “leave mention of the SUB domain”? Sorry, I don’t quite understand.
In the site details. It will be clear when you actually map a domain.
