   Hi there,

   I know that dropdown_cats is being phased out and replaced by wp_dropdown_categories. However, when I try to use the latter, I get a fatal error. I am using version 2.0.1 and my previous attempts to upgrade have resulted in the complete loss of my blog - I don't want to go there again, so I'll keep on using the old version.

   Anyhow...I'm trying to place dropdown_cats in the header part of my website (www.italofile.com) but cannot get the categories to list alphabetically or hierarchically. I read the documentation, but nothing has addressed by problem.

   Also, I'm using <?php include (TEMPLATEPATH . '/dropdowncats.php'); ?> in the header to call up the dropdowncats.php file. I'm not using the usual inline coding in the sidebar or header as that has also given me fatal errors.

   If anyone can lend a helping hand, I'd appreciate it.
