• Hi,

    I’m a newby to WordPress.

Something happened to the menu bar that I don’t know what, and I don’t know how to fix it.

The submenus no longer drop down but instead are in white underneath the main menu bar, and one of the main menu bar titles don’t show!

    See

Can anyone teach me how to correct this?

Have you tried deactivating plugins to explore whether any could be responsible?

    Hi Andrew,

I’ve just tried that, deactivated all my plugins, but the menu bar problem remained the same.

Can you suggest anything else I can try?

Is your menu constructed in the Appearance > Menus section of the dashboard? If so, can you look in there to see whether your Child pages are in the correct positions?

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks.

Yes, the menu is constructed in the Appearance > Menus section of the dashboard.
    The positions are as follows:

    — East London store
    — Somerset West store

Yet it does not show like this in the site 🙁

I don’t know what to try anymore. Could there be a bug in the WordPress site?
