Hi,
Can you please send me the link of your website so i can see what’s going on in real time ?
Thanks
Frank
Hi Frank,
I am working in Localhost, Using the Version 4.0 in Localhost, but in my production server i am using 3.9. It works perfectly in 3.9 not in 4.0.
Thanks.
Hi,
We haven’t received any complaints about the new version 4.0. I’d love to help you but.. it’s hard to know if you’re running it on your local host.
Please send me a screenshot of the issue at least so i can see what’s going on.
Help me to help you 🙂
Thanks
Frank
Hi,
Please add one value per line.
The values list should look like this:
1
2
3
4
Let me know if that fixes the issue
Thanks
Frank
Hi,
Yes i added the one values per line. But it looks same.
Hi,
I’m sorry but the only way i could help you is by checking your website online. We’re running the plugin on version 4.0 and we couldn’t replicate the issue.
Please get back to us once the website is online and we will take a look at it.
Regards
Frank
I can confirm the problem. I’m having the exact same issue here: (also running localhost testserver.
- I created a custom registration field with checkbox options
- I sign out, go to the registration page
- -> the checkbox section displays ALL options in one single line. I tried separating checkbox values with line breaks, commas, semicolons, – nothing worked.
- Switching to default WP twentythirteen theme didn’t help either
- Clicking on one of the checkboxes leads to invisible checkboxes/messed-up display (see screenshot below)
Any idea how to fix this?

Update:
I tried installing a fresh wp 4.0 copy on a free hoster. I can’t reproduce the problem there.
So I had a closer look at the html output of my localhost install.
I pasted the relevant portion of the registration page here:
http://pastebin.com/rBQsQuY4
And I notice that the html indeed outputs all the line-separated checkbox values as ONE option. So the issue is not CSS-related.
If you want, I could send you a sanitized backup of my entire localhost wp install so you can track down what is causing the wrong html output – let me know if you want it.
Thank you guys for the details,.
All right, We just uploaded a new version that includes reCaptcha. We’re checking this issue.
This is happening only on localhost right?
Thanks
Frank
I just installed the new version on my live site and am happy to report that the checkbox problem does not occur.
I however can’t tell whether it’s because it is not localhost, or because of the new version…
rattenkind,
Thank you very much for getting back to us.
We’re still running some tests on localhost.
I’ll update this thread as soon as we have another version up
Thanks
Frank
