• Hi everyone!

    I need some advice.

I’ve set up page where people can order theatre tickets. I’ve done this by using form manager and making an individual form for each event. I’ve then made a page where I list all the events as drop-caps and pasted the order form inside the drop cap. It’s neat and classy and is exactly what I need.

The only issue is that when they click submit the page refreshes and that causes the drop-caps to close so that they don’t see the confirmation message. They will get an email confirmation but I’d like them to see it on the page aswell so that they know the order processed succesfully (or not).

Is there a workaround for this somehow? For instance is it possible to make a message appear on the screen when you click submit in a sort of lightbox or something that says thanks for your order?

    Or:
    – A way to make the same dropcap to be open after refreshing.
    – Or make the confirmation info load with ajax or something so that the whole page doesn’t refresh?

I’m also open to suggestions or tips on how to make some if the above work…
