   How to do Drop Up in menu items instead of Drop Down ?

   Strictly speaking it wouldn't be drop-up, it would be rise-up.

   You'd need to edit your css and how you do that would depend on the theme or whatever you are using to build the existing drop down.

   I can't recall ever seeing such a UI element on a site, so it would be interesting.
