Drop-Downs unresponsive in Dashboard

Hi,

When I click on a drop-down arrow under appearance/widgets for example the drop-down doesn’t appear. I have also tried going to pages, quick edit and nothing happens. I did noticed that a “#” shows up in my url box in my browser when I try clicking on any of these links that don’t do anything.

I updated to the most recent version of wordress, tried disabling all plugins and tried this in safari, firefox and chrome. The issue is happening on multiple computers as well.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
