Drop down menu under embedded video but only on Explorer

I have a drop down menu that seem to be appearing below the embedded video on the home page of this site: http://warningzone.org.uk/

It works fine on Chrome, Safari and Firefox but not on Internet Explorer.

I’ve tried adjusting z-index on all items I can think of and have thus spent hours trying to fix this to no avail.

Can anyone help?
