Drop down menu seems buggy — it bounces up and down….

I am using RedBel 1.3.1 for a website I’m developing: http://singersforum.net

It works great in Safari but in FireFox (and I believe, also, in Internet Explorer), when you place your mouth over a parent tab at the top of the page and then move it down into the drop down menu, the menu will start bouncing up and down on its own.

Once it starts bouncing up and down, you can’t click on any of the child links. Clicking on another tab will stop the silliness but…

Is this something in the code? Other themes I have used have not had this problem.
