   I would like to include a list of old alumni on my website, and i think the easiest way to do it would be to have a drop down menu allowing you to select your graduating year. Is there a way to insert a menu like this, specifically only to the alumni page on my site?
   the domain name is http://www.geneseoaxp.com/alumni , as you can see it looks very sloppy.

   Any suggestions other than this are also very appreciated.

   It looks like you are using a customised version of twentyten which has drop down menus built-in.

   You could make a new page for each year and set the parent page for each to be the alumni page. You can ensure these pages are shown in the menu in the order you want by using a plugin such as custom Page Order
