   Hello,

   I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out why a box drops down with the word "cerrar" anytime someone opens my webpage? I'm not sure if it's a plugin gone awry or something in the CSS, but I wanted to see if anyone might have an inkling of what might be up?

   That could be any number of things, without a link to your site, we can only guess.

   It looks like its something to do with the "Popup By Puydi" thing in the footer. Whatever is putting that in is causing the popup.

   It could be coded in the footer of the theme, but my guess is that its more likely to be a plugin.

   After inspecting the footer.php code, if nothing seems to be obviously to the cause there, I would disable all the plugins and see if the popup stops and re-enable them one-by-one until the popup comes back to identify the source of the popup.

   Thank you very much, Numeeja. That was exactly it and it was a plugin that I strangely have no recollection of installing. Thanks again and I really appreciate your help.
