Dreamhost's one-click install doesn't have Links and editing options

    I installed a one-click install version of WordPress on one of my domains and even though it comes with a ton of cool blog templates, it doesn’t have a place to put links (not even the tab on the sidebar) and there’s no options to enable spell check and grammar check and those types of things.

    I downloaded and uploaded WordPress from the website, and overwrote the other files, but it didn’t add links and editing options. What should I do?
