Drag and Drop uploader not available

    Hey all,

    I see that in 3.3 there is a new drag and drop feature for the uploader, but unless I’m missing something it appears to not exist.

    I’m using 3.3.1, just downloaded a clean version with no plugins or custom themes, and it is still not there. Is there something on the server that could be preventing it from working?
