   Anyone noticed about 6 months ago a change in the back end when writing a new post?

   When Saving a draft and coming back a day or two later to finish and publish, the publish immediately will not work? The old date is stuck instead.

   The first time this happened I noticed only after publishing. Unlike it had done 100 times before, the publish date with 2 days prior ( and when I had saved the first draft ) instead of the current date. Also the SEO of the posts is not as strong when backdated upon going live.

   Help. : ) Anyone have a solution to fix?

   Just change the date to the current date before pushing publish now.
   Click the edit to the right of Publish immediately.

   I did that but the relevancy in google and potency of the post seems to be lessened.

   Set it to publish in about an hour after you click publish

   Yes, this is a rather irritating bug. I hope they roll back to the old behavior. I have published at least 10 posts now that I have to go back and correct to make the date the current date and not the old saved date...
