Downloads-Archive-Plugin Wanted!

Hello everybody,

I’m looking for a downloads-archive-plugin for WordPress that provides upload-management via frontend and where all downloads are automatically listed in an archive.
It would be best if it provides categories and titels or descriptions for downloads.
My idea is to have a frontend where I can choose a file that should be uploaded, give it a title that should be displayed in the archive and to select a category for the download. Then upload – and the download is automatically in my archive on the website.

Is there any such a plugin?
